Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the pathology healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, organizing health camps, and increasing the visibility and reach of our pathology services.

Key Responsibilities

l Organize Health Camps: Plan, organize, and execute health camps in collaboration with local communities, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to promote healthcare services.

l Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our pathology services, including digital marketing, print, and social media strategies.

l Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s customer base by building relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

l Brand Management: Promote and enhance the company’s brand within the healthcare sector through targeted strategies and consistent messaging.

l Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Target:

· Secure a minimum of 5 B2B onboarding, each generating at least ₹50,000 in business.

· Organize a minimum of 2 health camps every month.

· Conduct 12 marketing visits daily.

Experience

l 2-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within the pathology or medical diagnostics industry.

l Proven experience in organizing health camps or community outreach programs is an advantage.

Qualification:

l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

l Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance.

Salary: 20k to 30k

Daily Traveling allowance: Fixed amount 200/- per day

Working Hours: + Hours (10am To 7pm)
