Job Title: Master Trainer ( Sales)

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Local language preferred

CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA

o Experience in Telecom Enterprise / B2B solutions.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience:

o 10+ years of overall professional experience.

o 6+ years of experience in Training and Development (LD).

o 3+ years of experience in Sales Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences.

• Training Schedule – Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs

• Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training.

• Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee.

• Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes.

Desired Skills Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records.

• Ability to mentor and coach individuals in a structured and results-oriented manner.
