Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires a proactive individual contributor who can manage customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve targets independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Sales Management:
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct CP sourcing on weekdays and handle deal closures at the site on weekends.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online, referrals, walk-ins, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Site Visits and Presentations:
• Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients on weekends.
• Address client queries and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and payment plans.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputable developer.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to work on weekends for site visits and deal closures.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Current Sales Team Size: 6 members.
• Role Type: Individual Contributor
• Work Schedule: CP sourcing on weekdays and deal closures on weekends. (1 Weekday Off)
