Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at our Bahadurgarh location, engaging directly with prospective and existing customers to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality, support onboarding, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Regular market research and feedback collection will help refine sales strategies and contribute to product improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead qualification and managing end-to-end B2B or B2C sales cycles.
Ability to conduct engaging product presentations and demos, and translate customer needs into clear value propositions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Comfort working with software or SaaS products; familiarity with scheduling, productivity, or business management tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
