Job Details
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all retail sales at our store. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on Computer applications. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English Language.
Job Role:
• Welcoming customers by greeting them & offering them assistance
• Guide customers by providing information on products, price, details etc.
• Ensure that customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Proper Maintenance of the Store & cleaning the frames with utmost care
• Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service
• Must act as a primary Point of Contact with Customers and other Company executives
• Other duties as advised by the Company
Qualification required:
• Any bachelor degree is must to apply for this role
• Retail sales experience will be preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Decision making and delivering best results
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have local area / navigational knowledge of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
• Good in Interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
