Location: Okhla Ph-2/ North India

Experience: 48 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related Engineering

Industry: Electrical / Industrial Products / Infrastructure

Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Engineer to drive business development across the Infrastructure Segment in North India. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by working with Government Departments, EPC Contractors, Consultants, Panel Builders, and Channel Partners.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Government Departments, EPC Contractors, Consultants, Panel Builders, and key customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to promote the company's products and technical solutions.
• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer seminars.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily visit reports, weekly plans, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service to maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B/Project Sales, preferably in Electrical or Industrial Products.
• Experience in handling Government Projects, Infrastructure, EPC Contractors, Consultants, and Panel Builders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of technical sales and project-based selling.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across North India.
