The Job:

HOYTS are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join the HOYTS sales team! In this key role, you will support the team in achieving sales targets, driving B2B revenue growth, and ensuring smooth execution of events and gift card bookings. While no two days are the same, your key duties will include:

Administering sales orders and bookings, liaising with corporate clients and cinema locations to ensure successful events.
Support the sales team in meeting budgets, prepare sales materials, and update customer data.
Manage customer enquiries, process payments, and collaborate with accounts for gift card delivery.
Conduct competitor analysis and assist in portfolio growth through relationship management and new business opportunities.
Who we are looking for:

It goes without saying you’ll have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are also looking for:

Previous experience in sales or events is a must
Excellent organisation skills with a focus on delivering against deadlines
The ability to follow KPIs and prioritise tasks to reach targets
Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or sales is desirable
A natural communicator focused on providing an excellent service
