What does this role entail?
Selling & buying of Cars - Experience essential
Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
Schedule test drives for customers
Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience
Stay positive under pressure
Drive to exceed sales targets
What do we need from you?
Available to work rosters with weekend work included
Solid knowledge and passion for cars
Previous sales experience — you know how to close a deal
Confident communicator and negotiator
Results-driven mindset with a hunger to achieve
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Full driver’s licence
