Job Description
Responsibilities
● Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers and Customer Success Sales professionals targeting expansion within a portfolio of 200+ global enterprise customers.
● Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for platform expansion, additional AI agents and multi-module adoption.
● Collaborate closely with Delivery, Consulting and Product teams to ensure seamless value realization and referenceable success stories.
● Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline forecasting and deal closure in a quick-paced SaaS environment.
● Build executive relationships with customer stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) and position the organization as the indispensable Autonomous Finance partner.
● Analyze customer data, usage metrics and business needs to drive proactive upsell strategies in an agentic AI context.
● Contribute to overall revenue strategy, process improvements and go-to-market initiatives for the India and global teams
Requirements
● 14 to 18 years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech sales, account management or customer expansion with at least 4 to 6 years in leadership roles.
● Proven track record of consistently exceeding expansion/upsell targets (e.g., 120%+ attainment) in high-growth environments.
● Strong educational background from a premier institution (IIT/IIM preferred or equivalent).
● Deep understanding of finance processes (O2C, Treasury, AP) and enthusiasm for AI/Agentic technologies.
● Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills
