Sales Coach
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Coach to train, mentor, and improve the performance of our sales team and sales managers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cold calling, tele-sales, objection handling, and sales closing and should be able to build a high-performing sales culture.
The primary objective is to increase the team's conversion rate, improve communication skills, and maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Train sales executives and sales managers on effective cold calling techniques.
• Improve lead conversion rates through proven sales strategies.
• Conduct live call reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach the team on objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Develop sales scripts, call flows, and follow-up strategies.
• Conduct role-play sessions and mock sales calls.
• Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements.
• Monitor KPIs such as call quality, conversion rate, appointments booked, and revenue generated.
• Train managers on how to coach and motivate their teams effectively.
• Share practical techniques to improve sales productivity and confidence.
• Provide weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Training or Sales Coaching.
• Strong experience in cold calling and telephone sales.
• Proven track record of improving sales team performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to train teams through online or in-person sessions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales KPIs is an advantage.
