Pacific Legal is seeking a motivated, confident, and professional Sales & Business Development Representative to support our continued growth and help expand our client pipeline.
This is an opportunity to work directly with a growing professional services firm, engage with international clients, and play a meaningful role in developing business relationships and creating new opportunities.
What You'll Do
• Conduct outbound sales and business development activities
• Perform cold calling and outreach to prospective clients
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
• Schedule consultations and manage follow ups
• Build relationships with prospective clients and partners
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates
• Support ongoing growth initiatives and lead generation efforts
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or outbound outreach
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with international prospects and clients
• Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
• Experience selling professional services, legal services, consulting, or B2B services is considered an asset
Position Details
• Remote position based in India
• Part time engagement
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week required
• Flexible schedule with some overlap with international business hours preferred
• Compensation: Competitive fixed monthly compensation based on experience and qualifications
