We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team, specialising in the sale of brand new, completed homes by award-winning builders. This is the ideal stepping stone into a successful real estate career — you’ll gain hands-on experience selling high-quality new homes from some of Australia’s renowned builders.
No cold prospecting or door knocking — work with qualified, warm leads only
Partner with Tier 1 Australian builders on premium new home projects

What Success Looks Like for You
You build genuine connections with buyers — confidently handling warm calls and booking property inspections that make the process smooth and stress-free.
You’re responsive and reliable — every call, email, or message gets a prompt, friendly reply that leaves a great impression.
Buyers always know what’s happening because you keep them updated on their build progress and make communication effortless.
You maintain strong relationships and a well-organised client database that sets you (and the team) up for long-term success.
Your CRM game is strong — accurate data, clean records, and zero missed details.
You collaborate seamlessly with the team, bringing fresh ideas to digital marketing projects and helping campaigns hit their goals.
You stay on top of your numbers, preparing clear and consistent reports that highlight wins and opportunities to grow.
We’re seeking someone who brings
Ambition, drive, motivation, and energy — a genuine passion for success in real estate
1–2 years of experience in a Real Estate Sales Associate role
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
