Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of food and cosmetic products, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business opportunities through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
Visit customers regularly to promote food and cosmetic product portfolios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to improve product availability and market penetration.
Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis for management.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure timely order processing.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
Required Skills

Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution networks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and market visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in the Food, FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of sales channels including distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
