Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive sales and marketing strategies
• Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
• Plan, manage, and deliver the marketing communications plan.
• Driving the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns using elements such as social media, web pages, webinars, case studies, exhibitions, speaker events, adverts, and email marketing. etc.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools like brochures, datasheets, presentations, and proposals.
• Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events.
• Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Plan and implement software product exhibition.
Admin Responsibilities Include
1. Strong Computer Science background and understanding of business analysis fundamentals including UML.
2. Requirements Analysis of client requirements. Presenting proposals to clients.
3. Ability to learn new technology and domains quickly.
4. Having good communication and proven presentation skills.
5. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; write specifications.
6. Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
7. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for business suitability.
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous marketing experience in a B2B technology company or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills and Presentation skills.
• Passion for all things digital and an aptitude for social marketing.
• Ambitious and commercially focused attitude along with a strong work ethic.
• Drive and energy in your approach to managing several projects and campaigns at once.
• Experience with marketing and CRM automation systems (like HubSpot, and Salesforce).
• Expertise in Product and Services Sales
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Efficient Channel partner and client relationship management
