How you will make an impact:
As a Sales and Lending Officer, you will be responsible for developing relationships with brokers and clients, managing the business lending process in all ending departments of ScotPac, and ensuring our clients have every chance of success. Your proactive attitude, energy, and exceptional people skills will contribute to delivering outstanding customer care and driving growth.
What you will do:
Engage and educate finance brokers on our business finance solutions
Managing inbound calls and assisting prospects with assessing funding needs
Assist with credit assessment and drafting sales proposals
Generate leads through relationship development and lead campaigns
Complete customer retention initiatives including outbound calls and identifying funding needs
Ensure accurate and timely updates in our technology platforms
What you will bring with you:
Highly motivated and efficient, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to build and nurture relationships
Attention to detail
A keen eye for numbers and willingness to analyse financial statements
Curiosity and a hunger for learning new skills
Previous experience in commercial finance would be an advantage but is not essential
