Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Textile, Kurtis, or Ethnic Wear industry.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our textile business specializing in Kurtis and Ethnic Wear. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of generating sales. The role involves managing walk-in customers, handling sales inquiries over calls, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in customers professionally and assist them with product selection.
• Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Generate and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge of Kurtis, Ethnic Wear, fabrics, designs, and latest fashion trends.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Keep records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase revenue.
