Saas product marketer
Job Description
As a SaaS Product Marketer at Throttll, you will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and the end-user. You will be responsible for defining how our software products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling messaging, launching new features, and driving product adoption and retention.
If you are obsessed with user psychology, love translating complex technical features into clear value propositions, and thrive on metrics like CAC, LTV, and churn reduction, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design, execute, and manage end-to-end launch plans for new software products, major features, and updates across multiple digital channels.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Conduct deep customer research and competitor analysis to define target buyer personas, value propositions, and core messaging framework.
• Content & Funnel Enablement: Collaborate closely with our SEO and content teams to create high-converting website copy, landing pages, product demos, onboarding email flows, and case studies.
• User Onboarding & Adoption: Analyze the user journey to optimize the self-serve onboarding experience, reducing time-to-value (TTV) and driving free-to-paid conversions.
• Data-Driven Growth: Monitor and report on core SaaS product metrics (conversion rates, feature adoption, active users, expansion revenue) to continuously optimize marketing campaigns.
• Competitive Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the SaaS ecosystem to identify market gaps, shifting user needs, and pricing strategies to keep Throttll’s products ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing specifically within a B2B or B2C SaaS domain.
• SaaS Acumen: Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) frameworks, user onboarding retention loops, and standard SaaS metrics (MRR, Churn, ARPU, LTV).
• Copywriting & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to write clear, compelling, and benefit-driven marketing copy.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using product analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders (developers, designers, and growth hackers) to hit strict launch deadlines.
Perks & Culture
• Impact & Ownership: You will be the foundational marketing voice for our software vertical, with direct influence over product direction and growth strategy.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Zero corporate bureaucracy—we build, test, learn, and scale fast.
• Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package matching market standards and experience.
• Collaborative Workspace: Work alongside an agile team of SEO veterans, tech writers, and creative growth hackers.
