As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.
The Role:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Must have a Diploma in ECEC and 2 years experience in a similar role
2 to 3 assistants within the room and regular support on floors from our Curriculum Leader
Leading our 12 months - 2 years old room (approx 12 to 16 children per day)

About You:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential)
Must be available to work 5 days a week
Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
Have strong communication skills written and verbal
Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
