Role Overview: As a Retail Store Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming Ideas into immersive brand destinations. Collaborating with creative internal external teams, you will drive the creation and execution of innovative store designs that captivate customers, enhance brand perception, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers in developing and executing cutting-edge retail store design concepts.

• Collaborate with external teams like Vendors and Artists to align design strategies with business objectives.

• Optimize store layouts, product placement, and visual merchandising.

• Oversee the development of detailed design documents, construction plans, and 3D renderings.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail design.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Arch./NID, Master's degree preferred.

• [1-5 ] years of experience in retail store design, with a proven track record of successful project management.

• Proficiency in design software (3D Max, SketchUp, etc.) and visualization tools.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design visions to stakeholders.
