Job Description
Responsibilities: Directly help customers inside the store as well as help with maintaining the store. Guiding customers to the items they need, remove expiry stock from shelves and replenishing the grocery shelves when items go out of stock Assisting with the checkout process Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
