About Us: At Each, we’re more than just a workplace – we’re a community of like-minded professionals committed to making a difference. As a trusted not-for-profit provider of aged care, we focus on delivering tailored, high-quality care to help our clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Support and Review: Collaborate with client’s and their support networks to regularly review and adjust care plans. Aim to maintain independence and ensure that care aligns with the client’s goals and program guidelines.
Clinical Governance: Contribute to the clinical governance of the STRC program, ensuring that expenditures are managed effectively and align with client budgets.
Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work closely with a team of professionals to provide seamless, person-centered care, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting each client’s needs.
