Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Cuisine: Japanese Korean Fine Dining

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and train front and back-of-house staff.
Maintain high standards of guest experience, hygiene, and food quality.
Coordinate with chefs to align service with authentic Japanese Korean dining standards.
Handle reservations, guest feedback, and complaint resolution.
Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and sales growth.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant management, preferably fine dining.
Overall 10 years of Experience in Hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine and dining etiquette.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local language a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
