Director of Engineering (Remote - US or Canada)

Job description
This is a strategic leadership opportunity to build and scale a data platform that powers products, insights, and customer experiences across a growing tech company in the self-care industry.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep experience with modern data stacks including dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, and similar tools.
