We’re on the lookout for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing operations team as E-Bike Mechanics. If you have a knack for mechanical repairs and want to support a greener future, this is the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on e-bikes.
Diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues.
Charge and swap batteries.
Respond to urgent repair requests and conduct on-site or workshop repairs.
Implement preventative maintenance plans and replace worn parts.
Manage spare parts inventory and request restocks as needed.
Log repair details and maintain a repair history database.
Ensure repairs meet safety standards and maintain tools/equipment.
Stay updated on repair techniques and attend training courses.
Requirements:

Basic mechanical skills, with e-bike/bicycle repair experience.
Physically fit—able to lift up to 20-30 kg.
Smartphone proficient.
Available for weekend shifts.
Reliable, detail-oriented, patient, and able to follow instructions.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Enthusiasm for sustainable transport.
