Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests with a friendly and professional attitude
Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and ensure timely data entry into property management systems such as Yardi
Conduct property inspections to ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
Coordinate repairs and maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and liaise with vendors to ensure quality service
Maintain accurate filing systems, records of tenant communications, incident reports, and financial documentation
Foster positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service and effective negotiation skills
Requirements

Proven experience in property management or administrative roles within real estate or related fields
Strong proficiency in Buildium or similar property management software; familiarity with CMMS is a plus
Excellent office experience including data entry, filing, and managing multiple priorities efficiently
Demonstrated sales ability and customer service skills to attract new tenants and retain current residents
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with residents, vendors, and team members
Ability to negotiate lease terms, resolve conflicts amicably, and build lasting customer relationships
Knowledge of property management regulations and safety standards is preferred
