Job Summary
Vandor Group is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Leasing Agent / Agent de location to join our growing team.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for helping prospective tenants find the right apartment while managing the leasing process from the initial inquiry to the signed lease. You will work with a diverse portfolio of residential properties throughout Montreal, Laval, and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, comfortable speaking with clients, and motivated by results. You will have access to active listings, incoming leads, marketing support, and a team focused on maximizing leasing performance.
This is a commission-based position.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to prospective tenant inquiries.
Follow up consistently with leads by phone, text, and email.
Schedule and conduct apartment visits.
Present available units, building amenities, promotions, and lease terms clearly.
Qualify prospective tenants and assist them throughout the application process.
Meet individual leasing and conversion targets.
Assist with marketing available units when required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects and appointments.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Professional and reliable.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
Must have valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
