Reservations & Sales Agent
Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, helping them plan meaningful experiences, and guiding them through the booking process with care and confidence. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests — answering inquiries, recommending the right tour options, managing reservations, and ensuring every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with sales — someone who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand. What You’ll Be Doing
Reservations & Sales
Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations
Respond to guest emails, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about all tours and experiences
Create, modify, and manage bookings using our reservation system
Send pre-tour communications and confirmations to guests
Verify guest details, waivers, and pickup information
Respond to guest messages on social media platforms
Handle general administrative tasks related to tour operations
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or tourism
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and messaging)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with booking systems and basic admin tools is an asset
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
