Join Our Roster as a Technology Lawyer
MT>Align is seeking highly‑motivated junior and experienced technology lawyers to join our roster. The candidate must have:
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology related contracts including SaaS, software licensing and cloud computing;
• Experience with internet, social media and e‑commerce issues;
• A solid understanding of general product, business development and policy related to online consumer‑facing platforms;
• High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement with robust academic and law firm credentials. In‑house experience considered an asset.
