Roles Responsibilities -
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or senior management.
• Coordinate schedules, ensuring no conflicts and that executives are prepared for meetings.
• Draft, proofread, and send official communications, including minutes of meeting, letters, and reports.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings.
• Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Prepare agendas and necessary documentation for meetings and ensure timely distribution.
• Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodation, and transportation) for executives.
• Prepare itineraries and ensure that executives have all necessary information for their trips.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.
• Manage databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools.
• Input data accurately, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Plan and execute company events, conferences, or team-building activities.
• Ensure all logistical aspects (venue, catering, invitations, etc.) are handled.
• Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient flow of information.
• Help in disseminating company announcements, policies, or updates to the team.
• Assist in doing personal task of the Executives.
