Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Gurugram at Physique Ascension Club. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing client relationships, promoting PAC's luxury fitness services, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Convert walk-in and online leads into premium memberships through consultative selling.
• Client Engagement: Conduct personalized tours of the facility, explain membership plans, and build strong client relationships.
• Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally at promotional events, booths, and tie-ups.
• CRM Management: Update and manage lead data, follow-up schedules, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Market Outreach: Drive local lead generation through community engagement, corporate tie-ups, and tele-calling.
• Upselling: Promote additional services like personal training etc
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-4 years of experience in high-ticket sales (Fitness, Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Brands preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and persuasive personality.
