Job description
1 Patient Care Coordination Conduct pre-treatment counseling and assist patients through IVF procedures Take patient history vital signs and assist in diagnostic and treatment plans Coordinate patient appointments investigations and follow-ups Provide emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments 2 Procedure Assistance Assist doctors during ovum pick-up OPU embryo transfer ET IUI and other fertility-related procedures Prepare operation theatre and equipment for procedures Maintain sterile techniques and ensure infection control standards 3 Medication Injections Administer hormone injections as per treatment protocol e g Gonadotropins HCG Progesterone Maintain records of drugs administered and stock of consumables Educate patients on self-injection techniques when required 4 Documentation Record Maintenance Maintain accurate nursing and patient records Update case sheets consent forms and procedure notes Ensure compliance with NABH or clinic s quality standards 5 Coordination with Team Communicate effectively with doctors embryologists and counsellors Support OT and laboratory teams during IVF cycles Report promptly any complications or patient concerns to senior staff Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
