We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate Clinic Managers across New Zealand. As a Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:
Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about!
Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:
Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Level 4).
Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
Focus on excellent customer service and results.
