Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lake Imaging is seeking a Medical Imaging Nurse responsible for providing patient care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Provide a high standard of care and service to our patients and radiologists
Assist our team of medical professionals in all aspects of patient care.
Admission and preparation of patients undergoing examinations such as Ultrasound, CT and MRI, including IV Cannulation.
Ability to assist with cardiac stress testing and high end CT procedure such as epidural injections.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role:
Registered Nurse with current APHRA Registration.
IV Cannulation qualification.
Advanced Life Support qualification preferred but not essential.
Previous surgical or radiology experience would be beneficial.
Flexibility for overtime if required.
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to liaise with a diverse range of medical professionals
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently.
