Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. Responsibilities also include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing nursing care plans, educating patients and their families on health management, coordinating with medical team members, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
Strong skills in patient care, patient assessment, and medication administration
Experience in developing and implementing nursing care plans and coordinating care with medical team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and family support
Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
Current Registered Nurse License in the state of California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
