Job Description for Nursing Officer
Operational Skills required
• Should be fluent in English
• Assisting doctors and carrying out their orders.
• Recording vital signs of the patients monitor
• Taking RBS, ECG, and monitoring of patients with cardiac monitors.
• Ensuring all emergency medicines and all equipment are in working condition in the clinic. Assisting, guiding, and educating patients.
• Follow-up with Patients for day-to-day affairs.
• Admission of Patients in Hospitals etc.
• Strick compliance with Medical Record keeping in EMR software.
• Follow-up with TPAs and query management
• Should be able to withdraw blood samples to Pediatric more than 3 years old.
• Strict adherence to updated international healthcare guidelines laid NHS (UK), CDC (US), and WHO.
• To interact with Concerned persons within in clientele segment through electronic media ad phone calls etc.
Administrative and coordination skills required :
• Checking inventories, equipment, and requisition of supplies.
• Monthly inventory management, indenting, stock keeping, record keeping, asset keeping, etc.
• Nursing documentation e.g. Prescriptions, tests, medication, etc. in the record, Patient record keeping, etc.
• Orientation to Junior nursing team members etc.
• Must be able to communicate with patients and team members effectively and be conversant with communication approaches over the telephone, and via electronic media.
A Senior Nurse should listen well and seek mutual understanding.
Data-driven and well-versed in MS Office, Email electronic media, etc.
Education and Experience
BSc. (Nursing) with at least 2-3 years of similar experience
Compliances
Must be registered with Delhi Nursing Council (DMC)
