Monday to Friday – no shift work!
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity? Join our dynamic Outpatients Department, where you’ll make a significant impact on patient care while enjoying a flexible work schedule. We are seeking registered nurses to join the Outpatient team. This position is primarily based at Waitakere; however, it will include rostered shifts and/ or additional shifts at the North Shore site as required.
Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical care and assistance to patients and their families attending clinic appointments
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow.
Supporting and assisting medical, orthopaedics, surgical and women’s health clinics
Skills and experience
Previous Outpatient experience is preferred but not essential.
Recent ED/ADU or AM experience suits the Outpatient environment; Skills in post op wound care, cast care and assisting with clinical procedures is advantageous as well
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Commitment to providing patient centred care is a must.
