The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Comprehensive in Consumer Durables sales ( LED TV, Washing machine, Air conditioner) and marketing experience including, field staff team management, meeting dealers, and Retailer, analysis of the market trends.
• Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary sales targets month after month.
• Adapt to implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
• Help to motivate all Stakeholders including retailers, wholesalers, Distributors
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to the concerned head.
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network for sales.
• Managing training, motivating, and developing revenue growth.
• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
