Role Description
Lycka Properties is seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. This role will involve a range of duties, including identifying potential clients, maintaining a strong customer base, negotiating deals and contracts, and providing customers with professional, courteous service. The Real Estate Sales Executive role will be located in Ahmedabad and operate on-site.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail required
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and closing sales
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• A strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
• An ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
• Bilingual language skills preferred but not mandatory
• You must be based in Ahmedabad
