Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, market

development, and strategic execution across the assigned region for MJ Surgical’s portfolio Arthroscopy (Sports Medicine) Implants & Instruments within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve regional revenue, profitability, and growth targets

- Drive product penetration in key segments

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Ensure consistent sales performance

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Develop and execute regional business plans

- Map key hospitals and surgeons

- Drive market expansion

KOL & Customer Management- Build relationships with KOLs

- Drive product adoption and training

- Ensure customer satisfaction

Distribution Management

- Appoint and manage distributors

- Monitor inventory and sales

- Ensure product availability

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and develop sales teams

- Build high-performance culture

Marketing & Clinical Education

- Drive workshops and conferences
