Job Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Critical Care, Cardiology, and Respiratory products across the assigned territory
• Manage and support a small team of sales executives and team of dealers in Tamil Nadu to achieve targets
• Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer queries
• Support cross-selling of related product lines where applicable
• Ensure effective territory coverage with regular customer visits
Key Requirements
• Experience in Critical Care/Cardiology/Respiratory products preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team handling skills
• Basic leadership and team management experience
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region
