What you will be doing:Â
We have lots of services and market is having huge potential for our services. You need to find out the potential client for us so we can help him with his company projects.
Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads ï'§ Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
ï'§ Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. ï'§ Keeping up with product and service information and updates. ï'§ Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. ï'§ Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. ï'§ Staying informed about competing products and services. ï'§ Up selling products and services. ï'§ Researching and qualifying new leads. ï'§ Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Must Have Competencies:
• High levels of emotional intelligence, in particular empathy and listening ability
• Willingness to counsel and add value even if the applicant is not likely to become a part of our community
• Ability to impact and convince with speaking and writing skills
Results focus:
