Regional Sales Head / Branch Manager – IT Solutions (Delhi)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager – Sales to drive business growth, lead the branch sales team, and build strong client relationships for our IT solutions portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, enterprise sales experience, and a good understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales of Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, AV, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEMs, and distributors.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.
• Set sales targets, track performance, and support deal closures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work with presales and technical teams to deliver the right solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in IT Sales/Branch Sales Management.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
