Job Description

SME asset and LAP book growth to be effected on net basis. Ensuring spread by keeping focus on yields and build a profitable book.Exisiting book attrition control and enhancing the book through relationship. Team productivity to be focussed along with activating channels for sourcing right buisness.Need to engage with trade bodies for keeping the sourcing funnel on along with ensuring market references for getting the right quality of assets. Should optimize the relationship by getting in cross sell of Insurance and trade/FX revenue and also maximizing self funding.Need to ensure all Regulatory and Credit defined norms are adhered to in the portfolio and should ensure NPA/SMA are in control
