We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an exceptional eye for design and aesthetics, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing delivered work.
As a full-stack designer, you will work across a wide range of marketing activities, from print to digital, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual outputs. The ideal candidate is an experienced, responsible professional with a passion for design, a strong understanding of brand guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality visual assets for both print and digital platforms, including marketing collateral, web graphics, social media content, and more.
• Develop and maintain company brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all projects and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that align with marketing org goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging designs optimized for screens and web, adhering to best practices in UI/UX and digital design principles.
• Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, and similar platforms) to produce innovative image and video content.
• Support the development and refinement of design processes to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry advancements, with a particular focus on AI and Bitcoin visuals and messaging.
Required Qualifications:
• Design Expertise: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating real-world projects across print and digital mediums.
• Experience: 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a full-stack design role covering diverse marketing tasks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in core design tools, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe CC(Illustrator, Photoshop are a must). Experience with additional Adobe tools is a plus.
• Digital Design: Strong understanding of designing for screens and web, including knowledge of responsive design principles and digital best practices.
• GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with image and video Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, or similar platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on process development and brand consistency.
• Leadership: Ability to zoom out and oversee the big picture, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and supporting team workflows.
