About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates
• Working on email blasts on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
• Calling the candidates for face-to-face interviews
• Working on reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at the allotted time
• Interacting with candidates when they come for an interview and introducing them to head of HR for interviews
• Working on daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
• Assisting with documentation of new joinees in the system
