Our office is looking for a receptionist who is engaging, efficient and people’s person to manage the needs of our patients.
About the Role
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Provide exceptional patient care
Take phone calls, manage patient appointments and enquiries
Updating patient records
Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Handling payments
Manage recall and reactivation patients
Tracking treatment plans and patient referrals
Liaise with the clinical team to ensure smooth management of patient care
Supporting the Practice Manager with smooth management of the practice
Experience in the dental industry is a must
Rostering Requirements
Mon- Fri and alternate Saturday per fortnight availability required
Availability required each week as per below :
Mon,Tue, Wed,Fri : 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Thursday: 8:30am to 07:30pm,
Saturday : 8:00 am to 4 pm,
About you:
Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
People with customer experience in travel ,beauty, hairdressing and hospitality.
Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong communication and organisation skills
Socially engaging and people’s person who loves to engage and start a conversation
The desire to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Strong team player capable of working with policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Demonstrates accountability
