Key Responsibilities

As a REALTOR® with Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd., you will:

Follow up with brokerage-generated buyer and seller opportunities
Build relationships and convert leads into active clients
Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
Manage and nurture your client pipeline using CRM systems
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through closing
Qualifications

Active Ontario RECO Real Estate Licence
or
Currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate Salesperson ProgramAdditional qualifications include:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
Commitment to personal and professional development
Compensation
