About Us
Beyond the Bank is a growing Ontario mortgage team in Tango Financial (ON) #13691. We specialize in self-employed, refinancing, alternative and private lending solutions.
We're looking for a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist to help keep our files organized, compliant and moving efficiently from application to funding.
This is a remote, flexible position that is perfect for someone looking to build experience within the mortgage industry while working alongside an established and growing team.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding mortgage documentation
Review documentation for completeness
Update mortgage applications accurately
Prepare signing packages
Complete compliance documentation
Maintain organized file records
Communicate with clients professionally via email, text and occasional phone calls
Meet file deadlines and maintain turnaround expectations
Preferred:
Mortgage Agent Licence
Experience in mortgage fulfillment, underwriting or administration
Familiarity with BrokerEdge, FINMO or Filogix
Experience using Google Workspace
Required:
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection
Ability to prioritize multiple files
Willingness to learn and adapt to established processes
Learning and leveraging new technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency, productivity, organization and workflow
Compensation is based on funded files and will be discussed during the interview process.
