Position: Real Estate Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mississauga, 600 Matheson Blvd West
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Proactively engage and qualify potential leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand clients' needs and identify opportunities for our real estate services.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Provide accurate and timely information about available properties, market trends, and the real estate process.
Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Follow-Up:Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and keep them engaged.
Document all interactions in the CRM system and update client profiles.
