Real Estate Agent Wanted – Learn the Business Properly (GTA)

If you’re a newer agent, you already know most teams say they offer “training” and “support”… but in reality you’re kind of left to figure things out on your own.

That’s exactly what I’m trying to fix.

I’m looking to bring on 1–2 agents who actually want to learn how to do this business the right way — not just chase random leads and hope something sticks.

What this actually looks like:

You’ll be working directly with me.

Not in a big group. Not fighting for attention.

We’ll have regular 1-on-1 time
I’ll walk you through deals step-by-step
You’ll learn how I generate business (and help you do the same)
I’ll show you the systems I use day-to-day — CRM, follow-ups, workflows, all of it
You won’t be guessing what to do next
What I’m really looking for:

Someone newer (or just not where they want to be yet)
Coachable — this matters more than experience
Actually wants to build a career, not just “try real estate”
Willing to put in the work consistently
What this isn’t:

Not a “sit back and wait for leads” setup
Not for part-time agents
Not for someone who doesn’t want feedback
At the end of the day, my goal is to help you build something real — where you understand every part of the business and don’t have to rely on anyone long-term.

Pay: $50,000.00-$270,260.98 per year
